summer in bellingham

as much as i say i want to get out of this tiny college town, there are very few things that are as wonderful as a summer day in bellingham.

i laid in the bottom of a canoe (tanning) the other day while joe rowed us around and calvin kayaked. then we ate salvadorian food, drank some cold beers and ran around all night (no jackets required!). there was a lot of dancing this weekend.

i love laying in a park with a book, and making iced tea, and waking up earlier than 12 to the sunshine through my window. i’m so reaaaady for summer… two more weeks until school is OUT!
